We our concerned
about your privacy and security while using our website!
All customer information is maintained in
strictest confidence. We will not share names, addresses
or other information with anyone. We follow all local, state, and federal laws.
If you make any inquiry about using the products we sell for illegal activities
we will be prohibited from selling you any of our product by mail or by
in-store purchase.
A "cookie" is not an edible goodie you get at the
bakery, at least when it comes to the use of an on-line computer order. It is a
small piece of information that websites use to help make shopping online
easier. This information is stored on your computer's hard drive. When you use
our online shopping service, we use this technology to retain items in your
shopping basket until you are ready to check out. If you exit the site without
placing the order, the items remain in your shopping basket until your next
visit. However, personal information about you is NOT maintained in
this process.
We verify all credit cardholder's name and
address information with the card issuing bank for all credit card orders
(including Visa, MasterCard , American Express, Discover and Debit Cards). This
will protect both of us from costly credit card fraud. We require a daytime
telephone number on all credit card sales in case we need to contact you by
phone. Hydroharry's pursues all attempts at credit card fraud and ignores any
concept of confidentiality when dealing with fraudulent transactions. All
credit card sales are subject to Hydroharry's approval.
RETURN POLICY
Shipping method will be
determined by Turbo Hydroponics, however, if you prefer a certain carrier you
may request that shipper. We commonly ship via UPS, but ship via FedEx and USPS
as well.It is your responsibility to inspect and note all damages or shortages.
Damages and shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will
gladly replace or credit a damaged product once the damaged product is reported
and picked up. Returns will not be accepted without an authorization. Contact
us via phone, fax, or e-mail for an authorization. All defective products must
be tested before returning. You are responsible for the unit until it is
delivered so please be sure to package all items carefully. If an item is
returned and found not to be defective it will be returned to you and you will
be billed for all shipping costs. Non-defective returns must be unopened and in
original packaging and is subject to a 10% restocking fee. We will not accept
non-defective returns after 30 days from original sale. Backorders will be
shipped as soon as the products arrive to us. Please inform us if you would
like us to hold the order for all backorders and if authorization is needed
before sending backordered items. Most items, excluding nutrients, carry some
sort of warranty. Please contact us or refer to the product for further
warranty info.
